Random Bozo and Random Bozette do central Europe - again!

Neuschwanstein (30 August)

Travels!

Random Bozo and Random Bozette were told that Neuschwanstein gets busy very quickly, especially at weekends. So they were on a bus from Schwangau at Spatz-Furz to get there. Visiting is very organised, almost regimented. Tickets for Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein are only available at the visitor centre - tickets are marked with entry-time slots. Each slot is only 10 minutes long. If you miss your slot, you will not get in. Tours around the castles are quite brief but interesting, and the walks to and from the castle and to Marienbrücke are free and quite fun. There were a few mountain bikers on the slope down from Marienbrücke - sooner them than RB or RBette.
